Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

After clicking on a game in my library that has 5000 achievements (owned all 5000 of them), it takes around 5 seconds for the page to completely load as SteamOS tries to load every single achievement vertically under the "Game summary" section.

The page becomes almost impossible to interact with as they stay loaded as long as the game page is open.

The issue could be easily be solved if SteamOS refused to load every single owned achievement if the number of achievements exceeded a certain amount, say 50. And then as the user continues to scroll, it could load more over time.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Own a game with a good amount of achievements (in my case it was "Trivia Vault Mixed Trivia")
2. Own all those achievements
3. Navigate to game library / search for the game
4. Click on the game
