Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
What I expected to happen: to login
What really happened: I got denied access. (Error message: "Please your check password and account name" blah blah)
As the title says, if your password is too long and complex, you won't be able to login on the Steam Desktop Client on Linux. My password was 90 characters long and consisted of numbers, letters & symbols. Password was generated with KeePassXC.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Get a password manager to generate a password for you that is at least 90 characters long with a bit entropy of +400.
Use that password as your account password.
Log into your account on Steam Client Desktop.
If everything goes correctly/incorrectly, you should be denied access. You still are able to log into your account on the Steam website though. The only way to get into your account on the Desktop app is to change your password back to something "easier".
