Right now, steam downloads icons/banners/library images for ALL games when you go to library, if you have very large library your librarycache folder will weight gigabytes (5.6Gb and 77536 files in my case), so it would be nice if steam added option to download them on-demand, not all at once
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Have a VERY big library.
Go to steam library
Your Steam\appcache\librarycache folder will be very big.
