Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I have Steam installed on my linux machine mainly to remote stream games from my other PC. When I go to my library and left click the name of any of my games, I get an info message about Steam streaming that appears for a split second, and then an error message. I am unable to go to the details/view screen of any of my games. The message/error combination also happens on games I don't have installed on either computer, including games which are able to be installed on Linux. Clicking refresh on the error always causes the same thing to happen again.

Luckily, I can still start streaming by right clicking a library item and choosing stream.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Install Steam on Fedora 37
2. Try to click on any library item of a game installed on a different PC, or really any library item at all
