Hello @ToRRent1812, please copy your system information from Steam (Steam -> Help -> System Information) and put it in a gist, then include a link to the gist in this issue report. Also, please check if ~/.local/share/Steam/logs/steamwebhelper.log has any hints.

I have this issue and found that enabling Settings -> Interface -> Enable GPU accelerated rendering in web views seems to fix it. However, I originally disabled this setting due to a severe memory leak causing my system to OOM while in game, so I'm hesitant to consider it a solution.
Today's stable Steam Client update seems to have fixed this for the two machines I was having the issue with.
Unfortunately it seems like the update did not fix it on my machine. White flickering and blank regions until I move the window are still there just like before. Enabling GPU acceleration for web views also still fixes it like before, but I'm still hesitant to accept that as a solution.

I updated, and still the problem is here, I still need to resize Steam window for see the content.
This started happening after one of this month's updates for me on Manjaro, too. I am on the Beta Client and the bug does not appear for me on the non-beta client.
You probably have enough info from the others here, but I have the same issue.

Yes, still present here as well. I've been switching between Library and revisiting the page as a workaround. Did not realize resizing works.
Came to see if there was a solution. I'm still getting this exact issue on Linux Mint 20.3 with Cinnamon 64-bit.
Occasionally, it will NOT go away when you resize, but a restart usually fixes it. Irritating as hell, but not unusable.

I have this issue on POP!OS. It doesn't matter if "Settings -> Interface -> Enable GPU accelerated rendering in web views" is enabled or not.
This happens with the pop-up Steam Overlay browser window too. Noticed for the Microsoft Account login for Minecraft Legends. Resizing the window in the overlay works to make it render correctly.
Hi, I've downloaded steam beta client, and so far it runs pretty well. It no longer shows white screen...however I still need to resize window to get web interactions otherwise nothing is clickable or scrollable.
Enabling GPU accelerated rendering seems to have fixed it for me.

Steam client on linux has problems with displaying browser windows. On first opening, it's white screen. The only workaround is to resize steam window to fix the issue. It's not nobara specific issue since I've had the exact same issue last year on ZorinOS 16 and Mint.
