Hardware survey seems to error out
Similar, but a lengthier output. Manjaro, up to date. Kernel 6.1.1-1. Kde plasma 5.26.4. In steam client beta jan 5th.

I seem to have a similar issue here, although the error is a bit different, and shorter. The app asks me about the survey, and every time I click "Yes" the below error appears. Whether or not I click yes or no, the same survey pop up appears very shortly after closing the pop-up. Restarting the app only prolonged its reappearance, and I can't get rid of it for good.
I got a regular-looking survey in the last few hours. Hurrah.

I didn't expect anything to happen, but presumably something triggered the Steam client to show me the hardware survey window, as this suddenly appeared while I just had the Library view open.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
I probably have some flag set on my client now to do the hardware survey, since this keeps happening over restarts.
