From the main menu

Find Servers - > Internet Servers -> Right Click & add server to favourites
Now switch to the "Favourites" tab and right click and try to delete the server you just added.

Unable to delete the favourite from the list of servers.

In the meantime ...
Anyone know how to clear the list of servers or manually remove the entries ?

I have same issue.

XBGT351, you still can remove server from Steam main application.
