Hello @Tykveg, the issue you've described is not reproducible here. When I look at Steam's chat window with multiple chat tabs, there's a top bar gap between the dropdown menu you've described and the minimize button which is at least as wide as the button for the dropdown menu. Can you take a screenshot of this issue and trim it to the upper right corner of the chat window to show what you're seeing?
Hello @kisak-valve . It will be simpler if I will record it. https://youtu.be/RzrQmIOsT4w . I also found (and shown in a video) even more weirdness. For some reason until I choose the last tab, the bug is happening (as I stated in my first comment). But after that when I go backwards (until the first tab again), everything becomes normal (I can drag a window in the gap between dropdown list button and minimize button). And when I click on the first tab, everything breaks again. I tried to restart steam and reboot: nothing changes.
Thanks that helped reproduce the issue. If I carefully size the chat window so that the width of the right most chat tab is partially into the gap to the right of the dropdown menu (right side of the tab is not visible), the left side of the gap doesn't allow for the mouse to grab the window to move it, but the right side does. We'll need a Steam dev to look further into this.
Hey @kisak-valve I'm not sure if this issue is related, but I just freshly installed Steam on PopOS 22.04 (basically Ubuntu 22.04), opened it up, and then noticed that I have to grip the window to the left side to be able to grab it:

I didn't resize the window or anything. Just fresh install, open it up, and then record the video. Here's another video showing that it doesn't seem to be as simple as "right side is not grippable" because there seems to be a part at the bottom of the middle/right part of the header that is grippable (I'm clicking rapidly throughout this whole video):

Nothing extracted yet.
Your system information
Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
When you open many tabs in the chat window, dropdown menu button appears which don't allow to drag/move the chat window by pressing and holding next to it so the space for dragging a window is just above the tabs which is really small (like a few pixels). Without this dropdown menu button (so you have only a few tabs) you can drag the chat window by holding next to the most right tab. Normally you should be able to drag the chat window like that even with the dropdown menu button (by holding next to it). But you can't.
