Steam launches a bunch (I've seen >40 within about a minute) of "MSN" windows.

I ran xkill -id <WINDOWID> and steam died.

Note that this is on my account from ~2006-2007 back when the username was the email address and my email address at the time was @msn.com. Might be related?
