I have noticed that the last game / tool in the sidebar list is not selectable by mouse click, but still is selectable via keyboard navigation (like selecting the item above and using ARROW DOWN to select it)
the same does not happen for the first item (on the top)
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Have steam open with a account that fills the list (steam can also be resized to a smaller window size)
hover over the last item in the list
notice that clicking on the last item does not select it and hovering over it does not indicate click-ability
