Steam client version (build number or date): Feb 20
Distribution (e.g. Ubuntu): Artix Linux
Opted into Steam client beta?: Yes
Have you checked for system updates?: Yes (although libx11 and lib32-libx11 are kept downgraded to 1.8.2-2)
Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
When a new window opens, there is a chance that it will crash Chromium for it and all other Steam windows, leaving stray windows that don't close even when Steam closes.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
In Steam Chat, open context menu on a friend
Go to Manage > Categorize
There's a random chance Chromium crashes
Important note: I am using Qtile tiling window manager, it is possible that its automatic resizing may influence the issue; and considering the automatic resizing, I observed that many other windows that used to have a min/fixed size no longer impose the restriction
