In the past few years when you right clicked on the icon in the panel's "tray", the context menu of Steam was all fancy and darkblue-ish . But in past week or so that changed and now it looks exactly like Crapindows 95 (see the attached picture) and on top of that left clicking on the icon doesn't always work.
The rest of Steam appears just fine, only the context menu of the icon in the panel looks like this.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
IDK what caused this problem, therefore I can't provide steps to reproduce. One day that context menu simply became what it is now.
