Describe what you expected should happen and what did happen. Please link any large code pastes as a Github Gist

I enabled Proton support (with ver 7.0-6) so I can get steam games on Linux. However, I then disabled it and I reloaded the steam client to find that the unsupported steam games (like Aim Lab) are downloadable (Aimlab is a windows-only game). I haven't tried to install anything though.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Enable steam proton with 7.0-6.
  2. Restart steam and disable proton.
  3. Restart again and try to see if your windows only game still shows as installable though proton is disabled.
