[steam in-game voice][dota2] /usr/share/alsa seems hardcoded somewhere

My system alsa-lib is 1.2.8, installed in /alsa-lib/1.2.8.

I have the environment variable ALSA_CONFIG_DIR=/alsa-lib/1.2.8/share/alsa with system specific configuration, set while steam is running.

If I don't have a symlink from /usr/share/alsa to /alsa-lib/1.2.8/share/alsa, steam voice in dota2 does not work. If I have a symlink from /usr/share/alsa to /alsa-lib/1.2.8/share/alsa, steam voice in dota2 does work.
