In the second map in "Blast Pit", the one with the actual rocket test chamber, the three characters who are supposed to speak (one scientist and two security guards) don't say anything for some reason. It's not an audio glitch; they don't move their mouths either. Their other animations appear to be correct; the scientist and the first guard gesture subtly when you approach them, the scientist screams and dies after a few seconds like he normally does after his lines are done, and the second guard starts shooting the monster.
I think there were other characters I've encountered who were programmed to say something but didn't. But I didn't keep track of which ones. Maybe tomorrow I'll start a second playthrough and take notes.
Also I have no idea how to produce those dumps of system information everyone else posts, but I'm running Kubuntu 12.04 with the AMD 13.1 driver, on an Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 with 4GB ram and an ATI Radeon HD 4850. And some kind of Realtek on-board audio chip.
