If there is a premiere video in a steam announcement, double clicking it really fast will result in the video going full screen. This leaves the client in limbo where it's impossible to escape the full screen view without forcefully closing steam

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open a steam announcement with a premiere video
2. Double click on the video

What happens

The steam client is stuck with the video you just put in full screen

What should happen

A simple Esc should allow you to minimize the view.
