Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

After maximizing window using keyboard shortcut (Super+M), any web page within Steam client window does not render. Visiting Library page and then visiting any web page again fixes the issue until the next use of window maximize keyboard shortcut.
Maximizing window by clicking the icon in the top right corner of the window does not cause the issue.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Launch Steam client
2. Open any web page (Stote, Community, Activity, Profile)
3. Maximize window using keyboard shortcut (Super+M in my case)
