Hello @mathew2214, looking at cloud_log.txt, the IP address for steamcloud-us-east1.storage.googleapis.com and steamcloud-us-west1.storage.googleapis.com looks unusual. Are you able to ping those addresses? If not, then it would be interesting to temporarily change your DNS provider and see if that has an effect.
odd. those domains are not on the page https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/2EA8-4D75-DA21-31EB so i did not think to add them to my whitelist, since steam cloud always worked before today.
after adding them to my whitelist, the problem is fixed.

i cannot play games while steam cloud is enabled on my client. which is odd as it was working yesterday. did something change on the server side of Steam Cloud?
disabling Steam Cloud in my Steam settings allows me to launch games again.
