Trying to view the store or any community page or support page, does display them as completely black screen/site (the other client ui elements still remaining). It does load them some time, but not reliably.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Start Steam
2. Try to load support page for example
3. Observe it loading the page as black screen
