Your system information

  • Steam client version (build number or date): 1689034492

  • Distribution (e.g. Ubuntu): Manjaro

  • Opted into Steam client beta?: Tested both

  • Have you checked for system updates?: Yes

  • Steam Logs: steam-logs.tar.gz

  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

If I launch steam/steam-native/steam-runtime, steam will start and show up in the taskbar. The context menu works too. If I click on 'Library', no steam window will open. I've seen in the terminal output, that there are entries like ExecuteSteamURL: "steam://open/steam://open/games" ExecuteSteamURL: "steam://open/games". It seems like the links is wrong. If steam://open/games is executed nothing will happen too but while trying the same thing with settings, sometimes ExecuteSteamURL: "steam://open/steam://open/settings" gets executed but if ExecuteSteamURL: "steam://open/settings" is executed the settings window will actually open which is why I could test the beta too, which didn't help unfortunately.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Start steam
