[Feature Request] On Steam Deck, don't show "format SD card" warning indicator in Steam if the SD card is mounted successfully with an alternative filesystem.

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

On the Steam Deck when using an SD card formatted to a different filesystem than the default, Steam will add a persistent notification to format the SD card, even if the card is currently mounted and the library on it loaded in the UI.

Possibly a "don't show again" option that follows the card's serial number is an easy enough change that doesn't require much additional work and could avoid accidental SD card formatting of good cards used by advanced users.

There is a 3rd party client UI mod in CSSLoader called SD Icon Hider, although it still leaves the menu entry on the header clickable and only hides the icon visually.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Format SD card as F2FS (I used a third party utility for this on the Deck in desktop mode), ensure automount in correct directories is working correctly on reboot.
  2. Run Steam in Game Mode.
