I'm having conversation in chat and notification windows appeared to show icon as question mark and no name from whom this message is see image. Looks like notifications bubbles somehow is separate process.
After relaunch steam it is started to work (keep in mind i'm not saying fine because I cannot get why do not use system notifications daemon)
