Selecting a game and pressing Enter to launch it does nothing since the big Steam UI update. The same issue happens both in the Standard UI mode and in the Small Mode.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Switch to the Library tab or use a Small Mode.
2. Select a game to launch.
3. Press the Enter key to launch it.
