when the steam store open's the payment processing web-popup the text-cursor is not visible when selecting a input field

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. buy a game
2. choose a payment method that needs redirecting to a webpage (mine was IDeal: Rabobank)
3. a pop-up opens
4. click on a input field
5. observe the cursor not being visible
