While I would recommend creating a separate wine prefix for DXVK rather than using the default one, this crash happens inside the Nvidia driver. No idea what's wrong there, but it's not a DXVK bug since cube.exe (I assume you are talking about the one from the Vulkan SDK) uses Vulkan directly.

Hi, I've had no joy in setting dxvk up, when running the setup_dxvk.sh script I'm not sure if I can point it to my default .wine prefix with preinstalled games, or if I'm supposed to create a new prefix and install games in to there.
Nonetheless cube.exe has not worked so far. The d3d11.dll file in my .wine prefix links to the correct location, no idea why it breaks.
For what it's worth I'll post the backtrace, oh, and thank you so much for implementing Kepler support!
