At the moment the devs are mainly waiting for a complete implementation of the extension to arrive for radv in the mesa repository. This is so it can receive some proper testing on the AMD side also to make sure no undiscovered issues show up.
The radv extension is pretty close to that point now afaik.
Not sure what kind of answer you're expecting, but yes, we're planning to do a release that includes this feature. When? Don't know.

NVIDIA just days ago released new feature branch driver with "GraphicsPipelineLibrary", do you have any plans to release newer version of DXVK for this feature anytime soon?
