Made both one with wined3d and dxvk to see if the dxvk one reveals anything. Though it is only 1 frame.
I updated recently https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/6371
With Proton experimental, the game still crashes at launch or I obtain a black Windows without sound or music, I have to force exit game.
But something new, the game now launches normally with PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1
I joined you a log with DXVK crash.

my config:
Manjaro 23.1.3 Vulcan
Kernel: x86_64 Linux 6.6.19-1-MANJARO
Proc: AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6600M
Drivers: Mesa 24.0.2
Resolution: 1920x1080
32 Go RAM
DE: Xfce4
Interestingly this issue seems no more with Proton 10, even when using the same dxvk versions. Need to recheck Windows later
Still sometimes happen on Windows. Not sure if there is a race condition or what

Tested because of proton issue https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/6371
In Toki Tori when the game is started in fullscreen along with dxvk it will hang with a black screen on each boot before even the dxvk hud shows up, tho the dxvk log is filled out fine in spite of this.
This does not happen with wined3d where i can go to menu and then switch to windowed mode where after i am able to launch the game with dxvk. I can then go into the settings and switch on fullscreen from there with dxvk without it breaking until i have to shut down and start it again.
On Windows this happens most of the time but i was able to get ingame a few times with dxvk and fullscreen mode. Not sure exactly why.
I have not found any dxvk configs that help
