From what i can tell this seems to be working now. If i am missing something then feel free to comment again.
Also apologies for the glacial speed reaction with this issue. Should have checked more up on it a while back.

In the game Yakuza: Like a Dragon there are no clouds, the sky is completely blue.
This bug was introduced somewhere between 4a0a9d62 and 727fd7ac (list of commits).
