If you haven't already tried then try to turn off overlays such as Ubisoft and Steam.
Also I think it is selecting your Nvidia and not AMD card, but to be sure you could try selecting with the environment variable https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk#device-filter
e.g. setting DXVK_FILTER_DEVICE_NAME to 1650

The game generally works fine, maybe lower texture settings a bit so we're not heavily oversubscribing HVV/VRAM, but this just looks like Nvidia driver memes.
