GTA IV Crashes with DXVK 2.0+

I'm trying to use DXVK 2.0 and above in Grand Theft Auto IV. I've tried two game versions and all of the DXVK 2.0 and above versions on both of them respectively but the game crashes a few seconds after the first cutscene for the game starts.

I can hear audio before it crashes in Complete Edition 1,20 but there is no video at all with a black screen. Everything works fine in the Menu and Loading Screen before the game itself loads up and tries to play the first cutscene.

For 1.0.8.0, The game crashes in the same manner, just without the cutscene audio playing.

One thing I should note is that the game does work if I use 1.10.3 even though I do have Vulkan 1.3 and DXVK 2.0+ should work.

This is almost certainly just a Windows Intel driver thing. GTA IV is a very tested game with dxvk and for the most part runs fine. At least not having any issues like described.

Almost certainly an Intel driver issue. I test GTA IV somewhat regularly and it works fine on Nvidia and Radv.
