Please try disabling all overlays and testing again (Discord, Steam, Ubisoft Connect, NVIDIA GeForce Experience etc.).
I am not using Nvidia. I am on AMD and I checked in my system tray. I am not running any overlay or AMD adrenaline software, but how would I run the game with out steam...?
Update to latest graphics driver and try again. I can see you are using a older one for your GPU.
Downloaded drives from AMD directly 31.0.21916.2 driver date 6/18/2024 same issue. does not seem to be driver related. I am not sure there is newer one for RX580 Polaris.

Sadly because AMD have discontinued feature driver support for your GPU it is no longer supported with newer dxvk changes.
