I cannot reproduce the crash using your apitrace.
I see you're running LLVM 5.0.1. Please test with LLVM-svn, and if the crash persists, attach a stack trace so that I can get at least some clue of where the crash happens. You might have to build DXVK in debug mode for that.
Can you explain how to do it?
Ping?
i tried to replay the aapitrace aand it worked but i did not get a stacktrace the game sseems to crash in its own 64 bit code sso i man not sure if it is a DXVK bug
Since You asked me for a ping and since i found that it works on invidia i tried to set DXVK_CUSTOM_VENDOR_ID to 10DE (NVIDIA) on my AMD setup and surprise it worked perfectly i am not sure if it is a wine issue a DXVK issue(i think not) or simply a Mirroredge + AMD + wine issue but it works so it is fixed you can close the bug
FYI, you can close the bug as well.
Thought I would mention DXVK version 0.93 and above crash this game. versions 0.92 and lower make the game work. Using NVIDIA 415.27
DXVK_CUSTOM_VENDOR_IDx1 2018-07
Please describe your issue as accurately as possible. If you run into a problem with a binary release, make sure to test with latest
masteras well. When starting Mirrors edge Catalyst the frame counter stops before the logo and then the program crashes this does not happen on NVIDIA where it runs correctly
Important: When reporting an issue with a specific game or application, such as crashes or rendering issues, please include log files and a D3D11 Apitrace (see https://github.com/apitrace/apitrace) so that the issue can be reproduced. In order to create a trace, run
wine apitrace.exe trace -a dxgi YOURGAME.exe. DO NOT use DXVK together with apitrace!Software information
