Don't know about Chill, but variable refresh rate worked fined the last time I did some Windows testing. Just make sure to run recent AMD drivers.
This is more of a Vulkan driver thing than a DXVK thing though, we really don't have much control over it.

I am wondering if Radeonᵀᴹ Chill and AMD FreeSync work correctly with DXVK. I couldn't find enough information to figure it out, so I decided to ask here.
