That is mangohud which is a unrelated project to dxvk.
It'll appear if you have mangohud or MANGOHUD=1 as a launch option in e.g. steam or somewhere in your environment.
How are you launching the game?
Like Blisto said, that depends on how you enabled Mangohud. It doesn't magically just show up all on its own.
