on Debian, DXVK performs pretty well (with same hardware), however, on Arch, I'm experiencing this errors. any solution?

It means there is a Vulkan driver issue. Either not installed, setup correctly or a broken somehow.

Edit: On Arch the amd vulkan driver packages are called (if wanting to use mesa) vulkan-radeon and lib32-vulkan-radeon
