Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour it crashed in Windows11
Hi, Sir, I suggest you consider the compatibility of the game "Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour". Is it possible to add a statement to obtain the system (Windows) resolution in d3d8.dll? Thank you very much!
I'm not sure I understand. Are you having an issue with the game together with dxvk?

Make sure you are using both d3d8.dll and d3d9.dll with D3D8 games, as mentioned in the readme. The game is reported to work fine on Windows as well.

No. If you want higher resolutions, widescreen or to use your desktop resolution, I recommend trying out GenTool.
Hi, dear all:
When running games with Gentool, games are more likely to crash on Windows 11.

Mine would crash on starting. In Steam, right clicking > properties > general > Launch options set to play command and conquer generals. It was set to 'ask when starting' and thats what was breaking it.
