Hi there and thank you for the report. If able then try to make a apitrace.
In regards to performance then dxvk does not make a promise to improve it compared to the dx9 drivers. Even if it often can.
Edit: can you also write the full name of the game? I don't know what tw2 is.
This is a Chinese-style MMORPG — though it's not so much about traditional aesthetics anymore. Its Chinese name is '天下3' (Tian Xia 3), but I'm not sure about its official English name. The client is called 'tw2' . the game engine is bigword.
I plan to run tests using Apitrace later.
FWIW, performance improvements are only possible if D3D9 rendering is actually a bottleneck, which... given the low numbers all around (18% CS thread is nothing) just isn't going to be the case here.
@Nacho-Neko Did you give making a apitrace a try?
@Nacho-Neko Friendly ping
Nothing is gonna happen here until you make an apitrace.
Nothing extracted yet.

This is a screenshot after using DXVK where rendering errors occurred. The character's clothes and other elements have all turned into triangular, cloth-like shapes. When the camera is close enough, they display properly, but the character's face is completely black.
Below is the rendering result when using DX9 normally, where everything appears correct.
