Does making a file called dxvk.conf next to the exe and inserting d3d9.deviceLossOnFocusLoss = True make a difference?

dxvk.confnext to the exe and insertingd3d9.deviceLossOnFocusLoss = Truemake a difference?
Unfortunately no. This bug can be replicated when playing during rainy weather in-game and if you get some wanted level stars, it will trigger the police radio and after that some of the gameplay sounds will turn silent or glitched out
And if you remove dxvk it will stop reproducing?
Attach the dxvk log that appears next to the games exe.
Do you have frame limiter disabled? I had this issue on Windows too many years ago when FPS was unlocked. FramerateVigilante should give you 60fps lock when using frame limiter, anything higher can give you issues.

Yes after removing DXVK it doesn't happen, here's the attached logs:

Yes, the frame limiter is enabled and i use FramerateVigilante with 60 fps
Can't reproduce on Wine with mods you listed. Can you try IndirectSound if that fixes your issue?
Use this guide: https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Glossary:Sound_card#Creative
For al System, enable EAX and surround.
Creative ALchemy for all system.
Have you checked with locked 30fps?
Edit: These games have smaller or larger bugs above 30.
Nothing extracted yet.
I believe this bug was fixed with SilentPatch but after installing DXVK there are audio glitches: stuttering, popping, and the audio will eventually turn silent after a while if you keep playing during rainy weather in-game.
