Using DXVK 2.7 (stated to have improved CPU performance over native DX9), noticed that the in-game Anti-Aliasing setting doesn't anti-alias anything while DXVK's loaded. (also creates a sort of "line" of corruption in the middle of the screen, so to speak) Not sure if it's a bug or simply an incompatibility with the game's MSAA implementation.
Tested with and without nVidia's DXGI Interop, same result.
