I'm only a recent Linux user. so apart from trying 10-22 i wouldn't know, I'll try an older one and let you know
Could you also give PROTON_NO_NTSYNC=1 a quick try with the game?
GE-Proton10-25 with PROTON_NO_NTSYNC=1 made no difference

the stutters start showing going from GE-Proton8-32 to GE-Proton9-1
then the stutters become even worse (original graph) going from GE-Proton10-22 to GE-Proton10-23
I'm going to close this for now as I'm having to go back to windows, I'm planning to get another drive and dual boot around the time Tarkov releases on steam so hopefully will be back. And I'm hoping that they decide to support Linux on it.

Whilst playing Escape From Tarkov, across two different systems (using a 9070XT in each) i will experience stutters whilst shooting, this is easier to see when using a weapon with a higher Rate of Fire.
There is also a video below of a friend that does not get the issue on Nvidia,
I'm unsure if its an AMD exclusive thing or this AMD 9070XT Card Exclusive.
