If their anti cheat blocks any unofficial d3d9.dll, there's nothing we can do about that.

Some users have managed to get DXVK working (though not all versions, 2.4 or 2.5, if I recall correctly) on certain Windows versions (24Hxx) coupled with specific graphics card drivers (at least on AMD).
This being said, is there a way to figure out why Hackshield might be allowing the DLL file to pass on some versions and not on others? If so, is it possible to find out which Windows versions would work for this specific game? Also, we are currently only placing the DXVK DLL file into the game folder; should we consider adding other files somewhere in Windows to increase compatibility?
Don't replace any Windows files with dxvk. You might brick your Windows install. Adding other files work help either.
We are not going to give any advice in regards to messing with anti cheat. On the contrary we advise against it.

Hello! Could you make DXVK work with 4story published by Game Forge? This is a game that stopped receiving updates and is still running on DX9. The problem is that Game Guard blocks DXVK. When we try to open the game it says "Hack attempt found". Despite having powerful computers, we suffer from stuttering and significant FPS drops in mass PvP.
