Intel 4/4/2016
Assuming this is a date, it's way too old to run recent DXVK.
Looking at the log you posted, it looks like your GPU driver does not support Vulkan.
Thank you. Are there any other alternative compatible drivers you recommend for us to use?
Any suggestions to just make the characters show up like they are supposed to and not look like shadow characters.
Also, given what we posted, is there another program that we can run in conjunction with the said application we are trying to make work?
Thank you for your time.
Thank you for opening a new issue, as advised. Unfortunately Intel drivers for old hardware, especially the Windows drivers, are very hit and miss. We can only recommend the latest available drivers for your card, as advised by the manufacturer, however most "Intel HD Graphics" chipsets are now out of support. If the latest drivers don't offer Vulkan 1.3 support, you simply won't be able to use dxvk.

IIRC (not that familiar with the game), someone reportedly said (on the original issue) the game looks good on AMD hardware/drivers, at least on Linux. The problem the game has with primitive rendering is a game bug/limitation however, that DXVK happens to work around due to how it handles buffer uploads.
P.S.: As for alternatives, you can give dgVoodoo2 a go, I guess, but I have no idea if that works well with the game.
Hello. Okay. Thank you.
For dgVoodoo2, it is the same idea. Copy and paste the 32-bit.dll file(s) into the main application's folder? Thank you so much for your thelp.

I think so, but you'll have to read up the docs on it and try it for yourself. I haven't used dgVoodoo2 in probably the last decade or so.
If you would be so kind. There are free versions of this application.
May you please try it out as your personal project in hopes of helping those who are in our situation due to no fault of our own? Thank you so much.
You may have noted that we generate over one billion views in photos alone and also over a billion in publications we contribute at no charge to the seven continents in the world.
Simply put, if this works, we will be sure to do a nice writeup about github and the work you do. We guarantee it!

Not sure what the ask is here, but this community is made up of dxvk developers, not people coming up with general fixes for old games, nor do we offer support for Windows in particular, but we do try to help when we can as a courtesy. If you're interested in fixing up this game on Windows for other people and putting together a guide, then do so by all means, but it's something you'll have to pursue yourself.

There might be supported drivers if you install Linux but since you haven't told us the model of your GPU (all we know is that it's Intel), we can't say for sure.
Please tell us what you need to know, and we will provide that information to you. Thank you so much. We thought that is all you needed for the graphic processing unit (GPU).
Also, @WinterSnowfall , we are already one step ahead of you as a White House recognized seven continental volunteer with over two billion unpaid views and publications clicked. We are just tweaking and finalizing some details before posting additional publications. Thank you.
Greetings,
This is the best information we can find about our GPU. We are so sorry for the delay. Please find the information below:

`We cannot get the application to show the career mode player(s). We just see the shadow of the players. We can see the top 16 players well though, which is strange.
Career mode of players who are not the top 16 native players cannot be seen at all, except for their shadow(s). This problem is already described in the other thread, "Top Spin 2004".
In fact, we used the 32-bit .dlls, and the game crashed and or would not open. We used the 64-bit dlls. and see an marked improvement with graphics of the game (even the black marking on the tennis ball and better scoreboard and entire court graphic; simply amazing). Yet, it does not fix the shadow player glitch nor the career mode character creation within the software.
We know that we were told that the 64-bit .dlls do nothing, for this is a 32-bit application. We get that. However, when we try using the 32-bit .dll, the game will not open or at best crashes during exhibition mode, career mode, and more.
If you use Windows, please check the following page: https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/wiki/Windows
This was handled. The .dlls still do not work!

Apitrace file(s)
I have not and or do not think I have to use this. I am just trying to get working .dll files to show all of my characters (no more shadow players; please).
For instructions on how to use apitrace, see: https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/wiki/Using-Apitrace
Log files
Please attach Proton or Wine logs as a text file:
PROTON_LOG=1 %command%and attach the correspondingsteam-xxxxx.logfile in your home directory.wine game.exe > game.log 2>&1and attach the resultinggame.logfile.I have not used Proton.
I opened up the log.txt file in the Atari folder and it was blank. There is or was no texted data in it.
The file that says "TopSpin_d3d9.log" says the following:
