Most likely a driver bug.

Please make an apitrace.

The trace plays back just fine here on Nvidia. I don't see any artifacting.

If you need a longer session for the apitrace tell me
And like, when i put the d3d8.dll into the game folder, the artifacts or weird things are less, not that exaggerate like the video, but it is still doing graphical issues

Played this game 2 weeks ago and never saw artifacts like this, so probably a driver bug exclusive to gen8/9 Intel iGPUs.

It was my mistake, and I'm very sorry. When I created the Apitrace, two files appeared: one with the game's name and another with the same name but with a "1" appended. I thought it was a copy, but it wasn't. After downloading Apitrace on Windows and using the first Apitrace file, nothing happened when I tried to replay it. However, the Apitrace file with the "1" appended did display a complete replay. Although the replay didn't look the same as it did on Linux, it didn't show those black artifacts; instead, the models looked distorted. My sincerest apologies to everyone.

The previous trace you added was fine, it just didn't reproduce the problem for me on Nvidia. This new one also looks fine on playback. As @HunterCZ122 mentioned, this most likely indicates a problem specific to older Intel chipsets, such as yours. There's really nothing we can do here to address such driver bugs.

You probably need to report this bug on the Mesa bug tracker as this is a driver bug. Make sure to include the Apitrace there too.
