  @simifor I'm actually not sure but I did just try that and it also didn't work. I deleted loaded up with proton 8 confirmed the controller worked then ran it under experimental, the cachyos version, and GE with no luck.

  @bgish3 I actually meant the opposite. Creating the prefix with proton 8, then switching to 9 and see if it works or not

  @simifor I deleted the compatdata folder (prefix) before testing with each version and just tried it again to be sure I wasn't crazy.

  @bgish3 just out of curiosity, if you switch from proton 8 to newer are there any changes? prefixes should be remade when going from a version of proton to a lower one, but the opposite should only update it. So a clean ...

  @bgish3 and weirder yet that it was working for you originally. Have you tried with a clean prefix? and what firmware version are you on? when you connect the controlled it should be listed in your dmesg log (`sudo dmesg...
