  Interestingly I do still see the gpu reset, but only on Monado. It's fine on SteamVR.

  The problem does not happen anymore with mesa 25.3.2 on Wayland and the game runs much better now too.

  Also seeing this with a wired headset (Bigscreen Beyond) and a RX 7800XT. Crashes on Wayland and X11, Mesa 25.2.7 and Mesa 25.3.1 for me, with the same gpu reset/page fault as posted above.

  Important question -- did you update your mesa drivers to 25.3.1? A number of new bugs appeared there, so I'm still using 25.2.7. If you updated to 25.3.1 maybe this version solves the driver errors.
