Hello @GBember01, we're using one issue report per unofficially supported game title, so I've gone ahead and transferred this issue report to https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/4868#issuecomment-5964585468.

Symptoms
If i add something like
SUBSYSTEM=="input", KERNEL=="event*", ATTRS{name}=="*DualSense Wireless Controller Touchpad", ENV{LIBINPUT_IGNORE_DEVICE}="1"to the udev rules so that the Dualsense touchpad isn't treated as a mouse, Isaac sees it as if some button is constantly pressed, SDL and Steam's controller see all buttons behaving as normal. Launching the game with PROTON_ENABLE_HIDRAW=1 fixes it, but I don't see needing to do this as optimal or intended behavior, also after enabling that hidraw option, it seems to have permanently fixed itself, no idea why, even using PROTON_ENABLE_HIDRAW=0 or deleting the prefixmakes it reproducible on my machine.
Reproduction
1- Disable the Dualsense touchpad from acting as a pointer device in libinput (like with an Udev rule)
2-Launch the game with any proton version and steam input disabled (it's not normally needed for this game)
3-Watch the menu behave erratically as if some button is constantly pressed
