Like the demo of Resident Evil 3, this game uses d3d12 by default. It should be more reliable with d3d11 instead. (Can be modified with ingame settings)
Personally, I'm unable to go the main menu. The game is stuck when it should play the intro video, probably the same issue than with others recent Resident Evil games.

I forgot this, it works now.

You need the mfplat workaround.

For me the game still does not work with the mfplat workaround or the latest GE or the latest Proton. I am running the game in DX11. What did you do to make it work?
I am on kernel 5.6.8 and Mesa 20.0.5.
@kisak-valve should the title be changed again? The game is not in beta anymore and the AppId of the game in my library is 952070.
Or should I make a new issue for the official release of the game (sort of, the game comes free with Resident Evil 3)?
@laichiaheng does RADV_DEBUG=zerovram work around the graphical glitches in D3D12 mode?
Got the game to work. It needed a slightly different mfplat workaround. Other than that, the game runs without any issues. Performance is good and no visual or audio glitches. I ran the game in DX11 mode.
Got it working on Proton-5.21-GE-1 with no visible issues (played the tutorial and a couple of quick matches).
Only thing I needed was overriding the launch options with WINEDLLOVERRIDES="xaudio2_8,xaudio2_7=d", as I regularly got a crash related to ALSA (even if I'm on Pulseaudio) when one of those DLLs got loaded.
