Symptoms

The game won't launch.

Try to to launch the game. Watch it struggle and eventually fail.

I got it working! I just had to add the -dx11 launch option. Ironically, I figured this out from trying to get the game working in the Heroic launcher with the copy I bought from Epic.

Had the same issue, and using -dx11 got me up to the Act 5 cutscene. Right around "Take this as my final warning: if anything happens to me your friend will be a distant memory" being said the game video freezes, locks up the computer, and after about 3 minutes the game crashes.

Seems unlikely to be an issue with the game itself seeing as how it's been out on Epic for a year now, and more so an issue with Proton trying to get it to run on Linux? Or it could be Intel drivers needing something like sparse support which won't happen until the next version of Mesa

Symptoms

If I start this game nothing happends. If I start it from shell with "steam steam://rungameid/2382990/" Steams shows a small window with "No license".

Ok, that was to easy. But it would be better if there is a hind on Steam to set this start option.

I played 3/4 hour without any issues.
