Proton 8.0 and newer requires that the video driver provides Vulkan 1.3. The NVIDIA 470 series driver provides Vulkan 1.2 which is too old for continued support. Please update your video driver and retest. If that doesn't help, then please add PROTON_LOG=1 %command% to the game's launch options and attach the generated $HOME/steam-$APPID.log to this issue report as a file. (Proton logs compress well if needed.)

I opened a case via STEAM and they redirect me here for some help. I tried running it with a lower level Proton version (Proton 7.3), and still got the same errors. I play perfectly well Crysis, Dead Island, Portal, Black Mesa and others. What else can I do to run the game?
