Symptoms

When I start Titanfall2,the EAAPP show I had logined,but the game require login Origin,it not happend in Windows ,and the Origin has been offline,so I also can't login Origin.

Reproduction

1.Bind EA with Steam
2..Starting Tiatanfall2
3.Wating EA Start Preparing game
4.Pop up the Origin Activite window
